Research Use Only

All products sold by EastCoastLabs are intended strictly for research use only. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Returns

Due to safety, quality control, and regulatory considerations:

• We do not accept returns on products once they have been shipped.
• This applies to all products, whether unopened, opened, or partially used.

This policy ensures product integrity and compliance with laboratory handling standards.

Refunds & Purity Assurance

All EastCoastLabs products are supplied with a stated purity level. Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• You received an incorrect product
• Your order arrived damaged.
• There was an error in fulfilment on our part
• Independent testing demonstrates the product purity is below 98%

If a purity concern is raised:

• The customer must provide independent, third-party laboratory test results
• Testing must be conducted by a reputable, certified laboratory
• Results must clearly show purity below 98%

EastCoastLabs reserves the right to review all documentation before approving any refund or replacement.

Approved cases may result in:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund to the original payment method, at our discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Improper storage, handling, or reconstitution
• Failure to follow recommended research protocols
• Delays caused by courier services
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
• Purity disputes without valid third-party laboratory evidence

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist in liaising with the courier. However, EastCoastLabs cannot guarantee refunds for delays outside our control.
