We email you a tracking number when the parcel is booked in. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us your order reference and we’ll sort it out.
Help with an orderIs every batch independently tested?
Yes, twice. The manufacturer tests each batch, then we commission a second test through Ozcanium Analytics for purity and bacterial endotoxins. The PDFs on this site show purity and identity. If you want the endotoxin result for your lot, email us and we’ll send it.
Where can I find my certificate?
On the product page, under the size you choose, and in the lab report library. If the report for your lot isn’t online yet, email us the compound, size and lot number and we’ll send it. After dispatch, your account shows the documents for the lots in your order.
When does dispatch begin?
Once your payment has cleared. Checkout shows each shipping option and how long it usually takes.
How do I pay?
Pick a payment method at checkout. For bank transfer or PayID, send the exact amount with the order reference we give you after you order. We post your order once the payment arrives.
Do you offer pack pricing?
Yes, where we have the stock. Choose a size on the product page to see its packs and the per-vial price of each.
What is the difference between a research profile and a certificate?
A research profile summarises published studies on a compound and where they fall short. A certificate records what a lab found in one sample. Published studies tell you nothing about our batch. Only a test of a sample from it can.
